I'm SO proud of myself... can't believe I did it!
I have a friend staying with me on holiday and she gave up this week. I have been watching her go through the hard time, and I have practically forgot those first few days/weeks.
It's great to say "I gave up a whole year ago". Well worth it. My secret weapon was this website. thank
