Hi Todash,

Definitely go ahead and toot that horn all the way! Now for newer members who are looking for some help, what sections of the program helped you stick with your quit? How were these sections or milestones of the program helpful to you?

Best put some earplugs in as I toot my own horn, and loudly at that.  Who says 13 is an unlucky number?  What beautiful stats.  My lungs love me again.  My mother in law says my skin is not 'grey' anymore.  (I know she meant well, but what a compliment!!)

I feel like I won the lottery.  I feel like a million bucks, short only $999,999

This non-smoker gig kicks some serious ash.  Loving life today - thanks to all of you who helped me in the early days and all those who keep me dedicated today.

Roll on.
