Hi Renee,   A trip was the Motivation to start my Quit.  I can tell you it was Woderful...  I was not trying to get the last smoke in at the airport, I wasn't running outside when we landed.  We stayed with my stepdaughter, she is a non smoker, I could have goe outside to the patio.  It was nice, to be inside visiting, playing with the dogs.  I booked our Hotel for part of the stay on one of the bidding sites.  We got a beautiful Hotel, only a couple years old.. No smoking Hotel.

It was So nice to walk into a clean fresh room,  No stale tobacco smells anywhere... We went site seeing, and even driving in the rental car... I was not scurring around looking for some spot to smoke.. I enjoyed the trip and flight.

You can do this, and have an awesome trip

 Bonnie
