Hi Rose!  You've really got the right attitude.  Taking this one hour one crave at a time.  I used to spend a lot of time going through old posts when I first quit.  Keep your coping techniques close at hand.

You CAN do this!!!!

Cheers,
Jan

Hi Roses,

Keep working hard to get through the first few days of your quit! Hell week is known to be a challenging time. Use the online program and the support community to help you stick with your quit! As you said, keep fighting the good fight! You are a winner and a non smoker!

Be sure to plan a reward for making it through hell week! Have you thought of a reward yet?

Count the hours and the days will look after themselves.

It's not easy but it is definitely doable. If you want it, it's yours! Take it!

Good Luck!
