... I walked part way and told my friend "hurry, snap the picture so I can get off this thing... But you know what? I quit smoking, and if I could quit smoking then I can surely walk across that bridge. So I make it my challenge to cross it this weekend (I'll let you know how that went... if I make it safely across, lol).

Thank you Samantha.... I have been rewarding myself everyday for not smoking :o) but today is special. My best friend is taking me out for supper to my favorite restaurant (she has been great support to me). I have also treated myself to a manicure over the weekend and just picked up a good Caramel Correto coffee... oh so good lol

It is unbelievable how so very proud I am. I can't believe it has been 1 whole year already... wow.. doesn't seem like that long ago that I was going through hell week, I made it and definately don't plan on doing it again. I'm holding on to this quit, it feels great. Never quit quitting my friends... It may seem like hell at times, but it does get better. Pride takes over
