Thanks Everyone.   I did reward myself today..  I bought a new purse.   My husband was buying some solar lights for the flower bed, beside the driveway.  They have ones shaped liked butterflies... I got one.... so I know what my next few rewards will be.... more butterflies..

My husband has never smoked.. he quit drinking..completely about 6 yrs ago.  We have had some chats about smoking, and addictions.     He was supportive last quit.. but he is more understanding, and helpful this quit.

 Thank You all.

 Bonnie

Way to go Bonnie!!  2 weeks under your belt...I am right behind you so keep it up!!  I hope you planned a nice reward for this milestone

I was thinking about re-reading Alan Carr's book too just for the extra support.  I found the book very helpful in understanding the whole addiction.

Enjoy the rest of your smoke-free weekend!!

Thanks Everyone.

Yes I have noticed some positive changes. the little wheeze I had when I go to sleep is gone. ( When I first heard it I tried to blame it on one of the dogs.. I held my breath.. no wheeze,  I started breathing.. wheeze..

Brenda  I love your saying about "patience" and having the rest of your life to quit.

Thanks karren.  I am very Thankful that I am not faced with smoking situations..

Have a great weekend
Bonnie
