Hi Everyone,  thank you so much for the warm welcome, and understanding. I am at the end of day 10.  I am not saying this quit has been a breeze,  but it has Not been as difficult as I expected.  I sill get "urges" but I recognize them, and also understand they will pass, and NOT to focus on the urge.. To think, No I m a NON smoker, and think of the positive reasons why I began this quit.

Again, with your help and support, no one making me feel bad, because I lost a quit.  I know I can come here, and read and gain insight, friendship and help.

Tomorrow is going to be a "Stressful" Day.. there is no way around it, so I will face it head on.

 Bonnie

Congratulations on kicking through that first week, you're on a roll already!

Here's another great reason to stay quit - the dental work will 'set' better if you're not damaging your gums with cigarettes when you're through.  And, those great highlights look better with clean white teeth instead of yellow ones

Enjoy your visit with your friends and your celebration!
