You're going to have to trust that it does get easier. You will reach a point where you will feel that you do not have to be so hyper-vigilant. Craves will turn into just thinking about cigarettes. Eventually, you'll have fewer and fewer thoughts about them as well. Just tell yourself "been there, done that". Smoking has nothing left to teach you. You are already an expert. Time to move on.

Hi Carlos Welcome back,  we are starting this journey together ...  Hang in the buddy, We both no the drill.  One day at a time.  I am picturing myself as a Non Smoker.. not chained to that pack and lighter any more.
No more sneaking around the corner someplace to light up. No more smelly car, or clothes again.

We both had quits going... so we know we can do it...

Hi Carlos..........

Welcome back !!!  I know you've had a couple of test runs at this quitting business.  This one will be the keeper.  I know it isn't easy but it can be done.  There is a lot of proof of that right here.

Good Wishes Carlos.

Hello Carlos
Congratulations on your quit.. you know the drill ice cold water, I like a lemon wedge in my drink cause you get tired of just water. Take deep breaths and if things get to hard try going for a little walk or jog it helps to relieve all that anxiety.  You can do it...
