Oh, shucks, ya'll! It' official! It was one year at one second past midnight. I can't believe it. I remember I almost didn't survive the first few hours, but then I remembered that I had bought the nicotine gum and told myself to start chewing. And I fell back on what my sister and cousin, who had both quit, told me: I pray a lot. So I started praying. I figured, why not? It was the one thing I hadn't tried before. Finally, I remembered this site. I had registered at this site a couple of times before, because I know that I was here in July 2006 when I had my 42 day quit. The suport I've received here has been tremendous. When the site goes down, I shake. Ron, I'll take you up on the mocha offer. Lance, Gimm, memie--I'm so proud of you guys I could bust. Dawn, you and Tabbyh are right behind me. We'll have a big celebration for you. The rest of you guys have set examples and pulled me along. You've shown me what is possible. I love all of you.

Haven't been around much but checked in to see you at one year already. Wow how great is that

(my dog is licking you lol). I still remember the time I quit I thought you were some hunter guy trying to quit (bargainshunter?). Little did I know you would come back as Brenda and kick some demon's you know what. Yes Brenda you've come a long way for sure and I'm really proud of what you have accomplished. Ok time to celebrate at my favorite coffee place and meet me up in SF and I'll treat you to a Mocha

Ok on two year two... it goes twice as fast and I think you will be pleasantly surprised how normal being a non smoker can be.
