Good job getting through hell week! It's rough and sometimes all we want to do is rationalize and give in to the cravings but the good news is that you've weathered through the toughest part :) I hope you gave yourself an AWESOME reward!

Almost to heck week. You're doing a good job. Just one day at a time. Try not to rationalize, justify, intellectualize, or test yourself too much. Be good to yourself. Realize you're entangled with something that is powerful, cunning, and baffling. There is no controlling it or fighting it. Abstinence. We just have to avoid it. We can't win a head to head fight with Lucifer.
