Hey Ellie! I'm sorry your tests came back with some bad results! I know you are terrified right now but I want to assure you that the medical world has made amazing strides over the last 10 years or so! My mother was on a heart transplant list two years ago because the bottom part of her heart had actually died and the doctors gave her some medication while she was on the waiting list that completely healed her heart - amazing! My fear revolves around heart problems so I always have to remind myself of that when I start freaking. My father has diabetes and I was going through his information about how to manage it. I could not believe how easy it is to keep your blood sugar in good ranges! Back ten years or so ago, having diabetes meant a seriously strict and limited diet. They have found since then that you really can eat -almost- anything so long as you keep a very close eye on the sugar intake and the carb intake. Go to a nutrition class for diabetics, which I'm sure will be offered by a local hospital - ask your doctor. You will be amazed how simple it is and how little you have to change your lifestyle. I know you're scared - thinking of the worst. I just wanted to give you some encouragement and let you know that there are a lot of things that can be done these days for health issues. Hang in there! It'll be ok! It may take some changes, but it will be ok!

hi everyone, havent been on in a while but thought i would let you know that i had a major setback this week,i have been doing great with not so much anxiety, but still agrophobic.I went to see my GP, who has been fantastic, as i was feeling very unmotivated he took some bloods from me and the reslts were not good, he says that i had high blood sugars and the test on my liver came back with a positive result. Also he sent me for an eeg and they have found something on that aswell. So as you can imagine my anxiety levels have gone up again and boy its come back with revenge. Going to get more bloods done on wednesday and going to see neurologist tomorrow. So feeling really low and depressed again. sorry its a long saga.Hope everyone else is ok luv Ellie
