Hi Sparky,

I'm glad that you are having this feeling of starting all over again. Use this new found commitment to motivate you to continue and persevere. You have recommited your quit to all of us. We are all right there with you cheering and rooting you on!

Now you're talking my language Sparky!  May I take your hand and gladly accept your recommitment.  I shall then reach out and recommit my own quit to you and the next person that walks on by.  This could be the start of something big!!

Since I posted yesterday I feel like I am starting all over again.  With new hope and new found commitment.  Dang it I just hate the stinking thinking and I know what to do, but do you think I do it???  Of course not.  I feel embarrassed to ask for help.  I feel like I should be able to handle this.  I feel like I let you guys down over and over that I don't know how to ask and keep asking.  I don't know there is so much going on in "our" life and I trying to stay positive on that front, but sometimes it is hard.  I feel, then I shut it down and move one.  So I am recommitting to my quit and to all of you.

Keep the Quit
Sparky
