Hey Leela!!!

Use the forums for a distraction!!!   Read, read, read!!!  Or try my old standby...  if there are stairs nearby, go hike them for a bit, rhythmically deep breathing with every step while telling yourself that life is good!  Worked for me, and I got a bit of exercise in too!    Oh, and reward yourself!  Your brain needs some of those endorphins and that's why you are craving so hard!  So, go walk the stairs and then get yourself a treat!

Leelaknight,  Distract your self  like Ashley suggested.  The crave will pass quickly.  Go get some tootsie pops or somthing else to keep your hands and mouth busy.  A walk used to work for me when the craves hit hard.  I also used to read old posts until the crave went away.  Do what ever it takes just don't smoke!!! Don't throw away your hard earned 27 days.

You are still in your first month.  The nicodemon is fighting to get you back to that addiction but you can't let him win!

Keep fighting!  Journal, post, go for a walk, have a reward, jump and down, just don't smoke!  You just need to get through this!

How do you think you will look back at this time a year from now?
