:) Thanks you guys. I'm gonna go pick up my new swimsuit for the cruise tomorrow.
This is the dangerous time period for me as far as relapse goes, so as I swipe on the sunscreen, I need to be extra careful about taking care of my quit.
Most of the time, I've been fine as far as cravings go. I still get hit hard by them once-in-awhile, but the depression thing is actually saving me. Because my energy is so low, when a craving hits and I think about all of the steps necessary to get myself to the store, I say to myself, 'Sheesh! Forget it-- too much work'. So I guess there are some gifts that come along with feeling down.
Lainy, I will for sure eat more veggies. And thank you for the flower Rock. That made me smile. MM, I think of you everyday
. Brenda, PB, and Karren, the medicine
is starting to work so I can see some light at the end of this tunnel-- thanks for your empathy and understanding. And PB, laughter keeps me alive and is the best coping tool I've got. Dave, that was a very cool post. You are awesome. Thanks for being so supportive and encouraging. Kaiser, you poor folks are stuck with me I'm afraid :) This chicquita isn't going anywhere! Jan, do you realized that you've saved over $6,000.00?! Thanks for you support. And thank you too Josie for your kind and encouraging words. Todash! Thanks for dropping in. I always love to see you. Yeah, depression
is a beast, and so is the nicodemon. They can both go take a long walk off of a short pier. I'm tired of both of them. Thank you Gimm! You're doing really great too! And thanks to you Tabby. I'm plan on hanging. Again, thanks for your support too.
I'll keep checking in! Much affection to you all and my thanks.
