I am happy to report that Sparky is 31 days smoke free today! With all that she and Dewey have gone through the past month, I'm smiling ear to ear knowing that she hasn't smoked a cigarette! Lots of stressful times, but she told the nicodemon that she is in control of her life! Keep telling yourself that smoking won't fix anything or help Dewey get through this any easier!
