Sparky, you are such an inspiration to us all. With everything that you were going through, you still had the strength and kindness to stop by and encourage us every step of the way. So now, when it is your turn to start your journey, rest assured that I will do my best to be there for you. Welcome back kitty! Let's kick some ash...

I was going to wait for awhile, but after reading MM's post I want to active here again and support all the new quitter and old alike. Many of know my history so I won't go into that. I have many reason now for this quit and I am determined to stay quit. We, hubby and I, are in fight of our life and smoking will not make it better. I want to be there for him and not leave to step out and smoke. Life has many twists and turns, but if you live life for the moment it is not all that bad. Look for the gifts, you will find them. Anyway I have started this journey for the last time.
