Thanks for the good wishes everyone.  There was a time I  thought I would never quit.  Yes, I was one of those who convinced myself that I enjoyed smoking to assuage my own guilt.  Dumb! Now I rarely think about smoking.  Notice I said 'rarely', because there are times I think I could go out and buy a pack and smoke the whole thing and nobody would know.  But why, oh why in the world would I ever want to do that?  I am proud that I quit.  I will never have another cig and my life is my own.  I can go anywhere and do anything and not have to worry about how, when , or where I can grab a quick smoke.  It's real freedom.  Yippee is right.

Thanks  Tresa, you have inspired me for 3 years.  <3
