Wow, how the days went by fast. Happy to report that i'm off NRT's and I'm having no cravings at all. To all the newbies, hang in there. It does get sooooooooooooo much easier. I don't want to smoke anymore, I haven't in a long time. I was a 30 plus year ,2 pack plus a day smoker that LOVED to smoke!! (I haven't shared why i stopped smoking yet, but it wasnt because i wanted to stop) See, it's not easy, but very doable!!! Thanks for the support everyone, because this site has truely helped me quit!! My only regret is that i didn't quit much much sooner!! I never thought id get to place where smoking is not on my mind! I'm there and it feels great!!!
