Thanks Mr Ed and you are right about help you can get here.  Welcome back MissMarple, it's great to have you here again.  It may not be easy to quit smoking for some...yet it really can be done.  I quit cold turkey after smoking for over 58 years and I have never felt better in my life.   Come on in and give it a go.
