Welcome back!

What have you learned from this slip? What can you teach us and remind yourself of next time you are thinking of slipping?

I hope this is not discouraging or disappointing to anyone.  Believe me, nobody is more disappointed and ashamed than I am.  I fell of that damn wagon again!  And the older you get, it hurts more when you fall---ever notice that?
I have a long laundry list of excuses as to why it happened.  But that's all they are---excuses.  Bottom line is, I made a bad decision during a stressful time.  The wheezing returned, the breathlessness and tightness, etc.
Anyway, as of 11:30 last night I quit again.  Glad to be back!
