Welcome back walker.  You've quit before but are now much better equipped to deal with those triggers, as you know where you stumbled once.  Great that you've picked up, dusted off and are having another go of it!  Do check in, here's hoping you're kicking big ash today!

Dear Walker,

Welcome back! Please don't feel embarassed as many of us here do not succeed on the first couple of tries.

Now that you know what it's like to be quit--& know that it can be done, face each day one at a time. This is DO-able. Stick close to the SSC & keep the words NOPE close to your lips and heart. That is how it gets done.

Stay Strong--we're here for you if you need help,
Deb

Congratulations on your decision.  Don't forget to come & visit often.  I personally find when I am having a bad day, I come here and read up on some of the posting as they are very inspiring and help pull me threw another day of being smoke free.

Walker,

Your back and this is commendable! This is for you and you only, so prepare yourself and get back in there! Prove to yourself that you can do this and keep it.  You achieved a lot previously, so try again and be on the look-out for those triggers and help prepare yourself.

Walker, welcome back!  You know we are always here with open arms!  Please don't be embarrassed.  Let's just make this time be your final quit!  Have you gone back through "my program" and updated it as needed?  You know what worked, you know what didn't work.  And like Kaiser said, now is the time to put together a plan so when stress shows its ugly face, you will be prepared to look it straight in the face and say N.O.P.E.!!!  And if you need a hand, reach up and grab mine!

We are not here to judge so don't feel embarrassed.  I am glad to hear that you are back here again.  Please try to think of what tripped you up last time so that you can be ready this time.  We are here to help.  Keep posting.
