It is natural to despair... I do it all the time. One of the things good about anxious people, they really are afraid of dying,,,at least I have this fear . THis kind of protects us from doing the deed... but however it is natural to think about it that from time to time.... But you should consult with your therapist if you have one. They can give you a good set of coping skills to practice. It isn't easy. I still have problems, but am better now then I was at Thanksgiving. I think we all want to quit once in awhile.. it is agrivating to live like this. BUt I think all people have a certain cross to bear, it might be physical, it might be mental, it might be spirtual, it might be financial. Everyone has something, we just always think ours is worse because it is happening to us. Positive will breed positive results.... Yeah I know you have heard , I didn't believe it just a short time ago. We are only here for so long, we have to figure a way to deal with the cards we were dealt, somehow some way it is within us to whole again. Im not there yet but I am moving towards it... The thing that changed for me , after I was getting good sleep at night, I could think about healing. Rest is key to start healing... If you aren't sleeping well, or sleeping too much... see your Doctor for some help.
