Hi Kaiser, this sounds like a great train ride!  I live about 5 hours from Ottawa, and hope to skate on the Rideau this winter for this first time.  Off to the bar car.......

Ottawa, Ontario Canada.

  Before it gets too cold we should visit Canada’s Capital city.  There will be plenty to do and see.  We can visit the Rideau Canal, that once it freezes over becomes the world’s largest skating rink.  The science & Technology Museum, Parliament Hill & for you shoppers, the By Ward Market.  All aboard for this Northern Exposure train ride.
