Hey Janet - emotions do run to strong during this process.  Hold your head high, and remind yourself you're doing something wonderful for you.  (is Jeff a smoker by any chance?)  lol

I am so upset - I was sitting in the conference room eating lunch with all my co-workers.  I made the statement "hey ya'll, just so you know, I've quit smoking and today is my first day; so bear with me".  One of the guys says "We've heard that before" and before I knew what happened, I got up, walked out into the hall and burst into tears.  One of the girls at the table said "way to be supportive Jeff" and I just lost it.
I Want a cigarette and don't have any to have.  CRAP
