You'll get through it. My first month I fired my primary care physician, yelled at everyone, slept a lot, and ate a bit more. If you actually have a diagnosed mood disorder, see your doctor. If not, then you are going through some temporary mood swings that will straighten out as you continue to practice saying no and quitting continues to get easier. You've heard the saying, Sometimes things get a little worse before they get better. Things will get much, much better. Do not hand any days back.
