Hi Ashley,

I have to admit, since I've quit smoking and my hunger has increased, I have been eating everything in site
which for me is okay because I feel like I am too underweight from the smoking so I am trying to gain some
extra pounds to not look so skinny.  It is one thing being thin, but it's another being too thin (or skinny).

Out of everything that I eat (snack wise), I think it would have to be peanut butter and banana sandwiches.
I really can't say how "healthy" it is considered, but I figured I would share that.  Elvis was definitely onto something
(that was his favorite).  It tastes pretty good.

Dear members,

Sometimes eating healthy is difficult when you are quitting smoking. It is important to make nutritious and tasty meals; to satisfy you and nourish you. It is easier to eat healthy when you have healthy recipes.

Members, what are some of your favourite healthy recipes?

Ashley, Health Educator
