Well, all of my money not spent on smokes went to my alma mater for a scholarship. I rewarded myself for 1 year smoke free with a Tag Heuer watch. So now I need year two savings to pay for the watch! LOL! But I figure since I don't go out to bars much anymore, I'm saving money from that too. Smoking and drinking go hand in hand for so many folks. So even more money not spent. And I think that money went to church for the new alter and organ. Man, its a good thing I quit smoking. Between my college, my church, and my new watch, I would be BROKE if I was still spending $10 a day on smokes!!!

Hooray for my good buddy, Rock! I hope you are able to meet up with Pen and Ed when you go to London. How exciting that would be! Over $4,000 saved is amazing. So, did you actually save that money, or, are you like me, and still searching under couch cushions, drawers and cabinets, wondering where it went?

Thanks again everybody! My parents came to Columbus for the weekend. In addition to me being 400+ days smoke free, there has been zero smoking in the house for the same amount of days. If you remember my stories of hiding smoking, which you can never do, my mom actually made a comment about how nice the house smelled. I'm guessing she remembers the smoky house. Now will she ever say anything? Thats the question!
Mr Ed, I'll be in London for 4 days staring Nov 19. If you're in town I'll have to buy you a pint at your favourite pub! Maybe get Pen to join up too! Since Sparky and Miss Marples met up last month, we'll have to arrange to do it in November! This will be my first time to London since the smoke free ban came into place. It's been a few years, and I'm excited to visit again!

Thanks everybody! I'm thinking of Garrett's Popcorn for a reward tonight. Since I bought a BIG reward for my 1 year anniversary last month, I should be a tad more frugal this time. If only I could find a Nuts 4 Nuts to celebrate 400 smoke free days!
