Having a brag

I think thats the key... the realisation of addiction. Once we have learned to acknowledge that we will always be addicts then the quit is protected.
When we become complacent and cock sure, then we are on dangerous territory.
However, far into the quit we are, whether its 5 days, 5 months, 5 years, it has to be still- one day at a time.

My Milage:

My Quit Date: 5/10/2008
Smoke-Free Days: 444
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 11,100
Amount Saved: $6,660.00
Life Gained:
Days: 52 Hrs: 10 Mins: 22 Seconds: 33
