Guard it with all your might Brenda...You sound as if your proud of yourself and you should be, because your doing great...Not to far from three months..That is alot of smoke free days....WOW...I can't see that many yet in my future but I know it is one day at the time and look you've got 84 one day at a times behind you...You stay strong and keep saying NOPE and show that nico demon that he has no power over you any more..
