Hi Deb
Rest is the first thing you should do. I'm glad you are taking your almost feel like 14 hours sleep! You should stay at home and take care of yourself. It can get chronic if you don't do what doctors order.
I'm happy to hear that smoking is our of your mind! And eating...mmmmm Thats even better!
Take care Deb

Oink Oink everybody!

Lordy, I was an idiot today and went in to work despite having been warned and am worried that I'm worse cause I feel worse.  I just have walking pneumonia.... or at least that's how I was looking at it.  Walking means walking, right?  One can move and walk.

Well this one can't move or walk to well at this point, and I'll not make that mistake again.  I didn't realize this could move into actual hospital pneumonia.  Ever the optimist :)

Happily, smoking (and eating) are the furthest thing from my mind.  Breathing right would be nice.  That and not having to sleep ridiculous numbers of hours which I'm fairly sure I haven't done since I was a newborn.

Crummy week, but thank God I'm not in the depression that plagued me at 50 days.  With a foreclosure and pneumonia, I actually still feel pretty cheerful.  I really can credit a lot of that to all of you.  Thank you to everyone because although I'm immensely social and family oriented, I still swirl around alone quite a bit.  Single mom syndrome and not much family to speak of.  So thanks for being here.  I'm honored to have you as extended adopted family.

Am off to sleep my 14 hours!  :)  Not really, but that number sounds really great.

xo to you all
deb
