Deb, how did you sneak by Bob, MM, Marivi and me????? You were 50 days smoke free yesterday! There you are! I see you! You're in the comfortable lounge chair next to the pool on the ledo deck! Your hat must have kept you hidden. Pick your poison. An umbrella drink? Some nice orange juice in pineapple shell? Need some suntan lotion on your back? Anything you want. You know why? You've earned it!!! Please be sure to reward yourself to celebrate 50 days smoke free!

I know some of the 50 days have been a challenge, but you were able to beat the nicodemon and remain smoke free. I saw you were going to the docs to get some meds adjusted. Just remember that smoking won't help. Just remember that your beautiful gardens are a monument to you being smoke free! Keep saying N.O.P.E., keep taking it one day at a time, and you'll go far! Here's to the next 50 days smoke free, and beyond!!!
