Sleeping Disturbances

14 years ago 0 278 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
The worst part of the heck and hell week was the sleep patterns, couple that with the cravings, and I was a wreck.  My dog had trouble with my sleep patterns, and was was keeping me up until 1 to 2 am in the morning, and then would get me up at 6am in the morning.  I was tired, cranky, and unpleasant for a good 2 weeks.  It does go away though, and I am back to somewhat of a normal sleeping pattern.  I haven't had any "technicolor" dreams, but I always had cold feet when I went to bed, and now they are a bit warmer
