Sorry guys.. but... MADE IT THIS TIME!!!   2nd time is a charm for the 4th day!  Awesome!  Things are getting a little better, but still a whole lot of chatter and cravings.  I have been in hell week for 8 days... 3 more days to make it a week.  I have a good feeling about keeping this up.

I would have kept this in the previous day 4 thread, but my reward to myself for making it through the 4th day this time was to get rid of the title, get past the slip, and back into good things.  Thanks for the good thoughts, still going to need them, the hellish days are not gone yet, but getting a tad better!

My Milage:

My Quit Date: 4/3/2009
Smoke-Free Days: 4
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 56
Amount Saved: $28.00
Life Gained:
Days: 0 Hrs: 12 Mins: 57 Seconds: 16
