Hey newbies, some tips that did work with my quit, they might help you :)

1)  First I must say CRAVINGS DO GO AWAY and become weaker with time.

2) Chilled water every time you think of smoking, wash your thought away!

3) Avoid smoking friends if you are not sure you can deal with it.
They will understand, if they don't "TO HELL WITH THEM"

4)  Avoid triggers. You know yours! JUST AVOID THEM.

5) Focus on what you are going to gain quiting and not what you are loosing!

6) Cigarettes are not your friend THEY ARE THE ENEMY ! They are destroying your health, HATE THEM!

7)  You people living in Europe and USA ... savings are fantastic quiting!

8) When you see people smoking convince yourself that it is the most disgusting thing to do.

9) Realize how smoking people stink STINK... get near them...smell..teach your mind to become nauseous with it.

10)  If you smoked in your car, get it cleaned.

11) Don't go to the places where you did buy your cigarettes. Change your routine.

12) DONT BE SORRY FOR YOURSELF !!! Stop weeping and spending time thinking "OMG IT IS SO DIFFICULT!!" Stop that! GO FOR IT, ASSUME WHAT YOU REALLY WANT AND BEAT THE NICODEMON! Beat it in your mind until it is dead...do it a thousand times if necessary.

Ok gang, stopping to smoke is not easy but I must say it is not that difficult, every tear or craving you go trough is worth .

It is all about FOCUS. FOCUS ON WHAT YOU REALLY WANT. AND MAKE IT "THE PRIORITY" in your life for the next weeks.

PRIORITY !!!!!!!!!!!!!

YOU WONT REGRET ALL THE BENIFITS AND YOU WILL BE IMPRESED HOW HAPPIER YOU WILL BECOME WITH OUT THE FEELING OF BEING A SLAVE OF TIS FILTHY HABBIT.

GET CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE NOW... YOU CAN BEAT THE ADICTION!

 YOU CAN DO IT!!!
