Hi everyone,

Hell week has come and gone, was kind of easy really, maybe its true, the more times you try, the easier it gets. I am writing a journal to log every thought and event that I can to try and understand my journey on this quit. I think it is helping me, if anything just to reflect every evening before I go to bed. For those of you asking about my boys, thank you, my oldest is back from Iraq, I got to see him a couple of weeks ago. He is still in the hospital, he keeps passing out when he runs or does anything strenuous. They have been running a battery of tests on him but cannot find anything wrong. But other than that he is young, strong, and healthy...and out of Iraq!!!  Hooray!!!  My youngest is ok, he is still gaining weight, must be over 500lbs now. I'm trying to find anything I can for him to help him, I have some people from the State seeing if they can get him into some long term care. He is getting so big he is starting to fall now, his legs are having problems holding his weight. But talking to him you would never know he had all these problems. He has such a good heart and is so funny. I am house hunting right now too, so another stressful thing added to the list..LOL   But I am handling the stress better this time than I did before. When I do find a place, I am going to get Shane a puppy, he loves animals, and he needs a friend right now. Look out Heck Week, YOUR NEXT!!!  AND YOUR GOING DOWN!!!!  LOL   Talk to you all later, and thanks for all your support.

Good job PB!  Keep up the good work!  Money is such a good motivation.  $20.00 a carton hike is certainly a wake up call.  Never really bought by the carton, but was spending around $12.50 a pack, which is equivalent to a $100.00 carton.  We are quitting around the same time, so lets hope we both make it a permanent one!
