Hey IQuit! I did the patch and I did it an extra couple of weeks too. Nothing wrong with that! You are an addict and you do what you gotta do, if you want to go another couple of weeks, so what! Do it for you, when you are ready, than come off, I know you want to be off the nicotine but just remember the steps down cause a bit of a disturbance in your quit, so be ready for it. You may find the cravings a bit more intense for a day or too, that is all. You know its just the junkie trying to suck you back in to starting again, and you don't want to do that! Plan ahead, have extra gum and candy or something on standby for those days and you will soar thru them! You are doing so well! Ease into it! You can do it!
