I'm adicted to cranberry-pomegranate organic juice! I can drink one gallon a day! And if I consider I don't have enough,I will get anxious like when you look at your cigarrettes and see that you just have the exact amount to get trough the night!!
But I guess is a better addiction!
Maybe we have an addictive personality!
I'm also into gardening, and right now, my daffodils and tulips are in full bloom; Because my hometown climate is not suited for those bulbs, I have to buy the bulbs in august and put them in the fridge until january and then I plant them

We use a lot of cilantro in mexican cuisine, and here is a great healthy snack:
I diced avocado
16 oz lowfat cottage cheese
a bunch of cilantro leaves (chopped)
salt and pepper to taste
1 small green tomato diced
You just mix everything and you serve this with lowfat crackers mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!
Cilantro salad dressing:
olive oil
cilantro leaves (chopped)
white vinager
salt and peper
1 small egg
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
In a blender put the egg,vinager (1/4 cup) a pinch of salt and pepper and the mustard. Turn on the blender and mix for one minute; then add 1/2 cup olive oil slowly, like when you do a mayo, until the mix has the desired consiteny (lighter than a mayo). It can be less oil, you just stop when it's thick enoug for a dressing!
