Here we are 4 years later and still smoke free............I haven't been here much, working and grandkids keep me busy. I am hoping that some of the other UNSMOKEABLES will stop by this month to join the celebration! I have been doing fine, no cravings for cigs, just food. I have gained a pound for every year that I smoked. Well almost. I have not been able to lose it is a struggle, but I would not go back to pre-quit days for nothing. I will eventually get back down to where I should be, but the improtant thing is I AM SMOKE FREE...........TAKE THAT OLD NICODEMON!!!!
