It's been a while since I posted!! But I am still going strong and now have a year under my belt.. That has recently gotten smaller thanks to dieting!! ha ha.. it's been a rough road to say the least and I have had MANY cravings and stresses along the way but i didn't cave.. I still get urges but they are less and less everyday and the go away fairly quickly.. I can't STRESS enough how much this site helped me when I was struggling, I don't' think I would have made it though those first few months without everyone here.. Again it's been a rough road but now I can look back and say I am proud of myself..
