Keep up the good work as we both are working towards a goal of feeling better and smelling better. If needed we can pull each other across the finish line, but I am not leaving any soldiers behind..

As one it is tough, but unity makes us who we are!!!

Day 4.......I'm still doing well. But, I am staying away from smokers completely right now.  My boyfriend still smokes but I am making him go down the basement to smoke now.  I have been drinking a lot of water and I've gotten on the treadmill 3 of the 4 days.  All in all, I am proud of myself.  I know the true test will come when I have a few drinks. As much as I would like to say I could quit drinking......I don't think I really want to.  One vice at a time. So my plan is to chew on straws when I go out on St. Patrick's day.  If I get too tempted I pray that I am strong enough to just leave.  So that's it. I appreciate the support everyone has given me. It helps a lot....so do my patches. YAY!  I can do this!
