First of all, I am sorry for your loss. Death is one of the most common stress factors for quitters, one we really need to be prepared for.
No, it doesn't mean that every time something stressful happens you need to smoke, Aminee!
But by the time the funeral is over I am sure you will realize that smoking didn't make anything any better. It never does!
It just makes you feel worse for giving in, and on top of losing someone dear.
What you need to do is have a plan in place for the next time that something stressful like this happens. Carry gum or a straw with you and use it instead. Carry a particular inspiring post to read when you get stressed. Get a cold drink of water. Take the time, when you are ready to come back, to plan your quit ahead of time and make plans for stressful times.

I am gonna change my quit date to a later time. I was doing pretty good, but my uncle passed away sunday morning and I am back to smoking regular. More than likely I will do that until the funeral is over. I am gonna try again,  but right now its hard not to smoke. So does this mean that anytime something like this happens that i will pick right back up again? i am gonna try harder. I just dont think i will be completely off of them on my quitting date.
