WOOHOOO Breather,
Way to go!! I have watched you from the beginning, getting stronger, helping others all along the way. I am so happy for you Don, very proud too. It saddens me that I can not post as I was before my heart attack, but I must say that knowing you are here, watching and reading what you say to others, gives me comfort that at least someone is caring on even though I can not any more. So I also want to thank you for all your help and caring for everyone else here. It really makes me feel good knowing that you are here. It really does. Keep up the strong quit.
Lots of huggles,
Pupikat

Hey Don!!!

Congratulations on reaching this monumental milestone!!!   I know how hard it has been for you at times and I am so happy that you have been able to continue on this journey with us smoke-free!!!  Believe it or not, it's all down hill from here!!!  It will be easier and easier to kick that demon's ash as the day go on!!!   Soon, you will be able to go hours without thinking about a smoke and then it will be days, then weeks!!!   Trust me, I have found this to be true!!!  I do hope that you are really enjoying the benefit of your decision to quit...  breathing easier, and I do hope that any other health issues you may have also improve every day!!!

        Way to go buddy!!!

Thank you good people of The SSC. kaiser - I hope you are well. Lots of riding coming up soon for you. Riding your Harley smoke free , now that's freedom. Excellent.  msreader1 - On the cruise and of course I'll save you a seat beside the ice machine on the beach. You help so many here. Keep being you. Mr. Q. - Your posts have helped me alot along the way. You have a gift of the written word. 200 days tomorrow,  congratulations. Excellent.  lola - You're so kind. Of course you can come. Just 10 more days till your cruise though. (((((((((hugs))))))))))  Mister Ed - Thank you so much , you have my respect. Rock - Thanks for being here , I can't do it without you. Gogy Wog - You lead , I'll be right behind you. Glad to be on the journey with you. The reason I usually end off with breather # of days Addict 0 is because as a smoker my scorecard read 0        Addict is capitalised because it's bigger than I am. It reminds me that sometimes I can't do it by myself. I can't , We can. breather breathing better
