Dave - I, admittedly, am not the best at rewarding myself.  I should be better.  My biggest rewards so far have been the kudos I've gotten from everyone on this site.  I've treat myself to some chocolate occasionally too.  I will definitely be rewarding myself at one month.
 
I think part of rewarding is just remembering to pamper yourself along the way.  Be patient with your grumpies and be good to yourself.  Do things that make you happy and make you feel good.
