here is a little trick to help you keep track of the water you drink. I have a 16 oz bottle and I keep four pennies on the counter. Every time I drink a bottle and before I fill it I turn a penny over. I start with them facing down and when all four faces are looking up I know I have drank my quota for the day. I have put my pedometer back on and my goal is 10,000 steps a day. I really enjoy walking and it is cheap, a good pair of shoes and you are ready to go. Find a buddy, in my case hubby, to walk with you.

Why is it that remembering to drink, drink, drink water is the toughest thing? I've heard from so many fit friends that this is one of the keys to successfully losing weight. Maybe the biggest. Unfortunately I forget to remember! I'm keeping an exercise/activity journal - maybe I'll add number of waters to my daily recap.
