HP, you have put into words what I'm sure many members, including myself, have been thinking.  They say it takes a village to raise a child.  I say it takes a village to help somebody become a non smoker, and SSC is my village.  You all are the wind beneath my wings!

I never, ever would have made it this far in my quit without the aid of this site, the members and the moderators. This I know. Looking back on the year, I am filled with gratitude for all of you.

Thank you to whoever it was who came up with this great site where every little step is celebrated. Each accomplishment is rewarded and all of this is done in a caring nonjudgmental way. Thank you for setting up this site as a place where everyone is equal and each person merits responses and guidance and a place for us all to reinforce our own quit by helping others. A family feel that is very warm and encouraging.

Thank you to the mods who have insight into the health and psychology of quitting. Always with a some great word of wisdom almost everyday. Especially, thanks to the mods who pointed me in the right direction when I was in meltdown.

And the most thanks to all of the great members here! The many times I doubted myself, felt crazy or just felt normal quitting heebie-jeebies you all jumped in to help me for which I will forever be grateful. Really.  Thanks to all of you who are present and those who wrote so many posts in the past. I was glued to this site in the beginning and all the posts got me through (even when I was a lurking). You are all the greatest and I wish all you many more quit days ahead.

Big warm hugs to all of you!
All my love,
HP
