Hi Jazz, its nice to hear from you. I know what you mean about the holidays. There are a lot of triggers. I've noticed it more over the past 2 weeks. There are quite a few of us expressing our thoughts over triggers and thoughts over the holiday season. One day at a time, one Christmas cookie at a time

!!!!! I'm getting ready to start my baking. We're all here for each other and I know we'll be just fine.

Hi all - I haven't been able to be around much lately, but I needed to come back and reconfirm my committment to my quit. With holidays just around the corner, I felt a strong need to connect with my SSC friends again. It's not that I'm asking for help or that I'm having problems coping, I think I just needed to reaffirm my committment to remain quit over the holidays and into the new year. This is what we're supposed to do, right? Thanks for always being there.
