Hi Jazz, its nice to hear from you.  I know what you mean about the holidays.  There are a lot of triggers.  I've noticed it more over the past 2 weeks.  There are quite a few of us expressing our thoughts over triggers and thoughts over the holiday season.  One day at a time, one Christmas cookie at a time!!!!!  I'm getting ready to start my baking.  We're all here for each other and I know we'll be just fine.

Hi all - I haven't been able to be around much lately, but I needed to come back and reconfirm my committment to my quit.  With holidays just around the corner, I felt a strong need to connect with my SSC friends again.  It's not that I'm asking for help or that I'm having problems coping, I think I just needed to reaffirm my committment to remain quit over the holidays and into the new year.  This is what we're supposed to do, right?  Thanks for always being there.    Jazz
