What a great post Stickin, it's nice to know that even though you have thoughts of smoking after all this time there's just no chance of you giving in. I believe I'll have "thoughts" the rest of my life I just wanted to know they are controllable and few and far between. I want to be able in 5 or 10 years know they are just thoughts

Forever is difficult to fathom however a day can be had. When you have a moment, think back on the time when you had your last. Think about the why you quit and the how you got to where you are today. Think about how easy it might be to have one and think about how demanding and draining to quit once again. Time does heal when you allow it to; meaning, take no notice of the thought.
