How are you all doing? I'm on day four...yesterday was HORRIBLE!!! I had to leave work early. But, I'm hoping today is a bit better. One thing that is helping me...I think of all of the withdrawal symptoms I'm experiencing: extreme fatigue, distraction/can't concentrate, messed-up sleep, shakiness, anxiety, constipation, etc. Then I think: How scary is it that stopping smoking is causing my body to go through all of this...how much the smoking interfered with healthy body functioning such that all this withdrawal stuff happens as our bodys "clean out". It's scary. This thought has been motivation to me.
