Sparky,

Just because you had a temporary slip does not mean your 69 weeks of determination and inspiration disappear.  You still have those stats and you are still inspirational.    You are a quitter, I know it.  You just took a vacation from it, and like the rest of us are back home again.

Keep it up Sparky...you know how.

Kelly

"...take care of your quit.  Protect it like it was your child or someone special.  It goes away really fast with just a single puff of a cigarette."  --Sparky

That is a quote worth framing.  You continue to be an inspiration.  And good job :)

Just a little update and I want to thank everyone for their support and responses.  My best advice right now is do not loose site of SSC!!!!
I made though yesterday.  Was somewhat spacey and a edgy, but that is part of the process.  Today is going much better, but understand I have  a long ways to go.  Broke my heart today when I looked at the stats and I could have been 69 week, but can't look back can I?  If you are new and reading this or just someone with a little time; take care of your quit.  Protect it like it was your child or someone special.  It goes away really fast with just a single puff of a cigarette.  Stray strong!!!

Keep the Quit
Sparky
